3. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may take additional time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for most pin codes in India.
  • Customers must provide a valid mobile number for verification.
  • If a COD parcel is returned due to refusal or failed verification, future COD orders may be restricted.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

7. Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address,
  • Unavailability of the recipient, or
  • Refusal to accept the package,

the courier will return the order to us. In such cases, reshipping charges may apply, or the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund (if eligible).
